The combiantion of GhostScript-Ghostview that is freeware avalible on the
net can do selective extraction. (They are intepraters for the post script
language that PDF is a sub set)

Clipboard viewer is an option when you install Windows. It may be
installable aftwards if you have your windows install CD. Not sure if
all versions of Windows have it. There are free clipboard viewers
available on the net which some are even better than the windows version.
