P46732BA belongs to CTC169 proj. family 4 chassis.
C4151 is RCA # 181460, drawing # 2861144-95Z 1000pf 50V
It is located in parallel with zener CR4122 and looks to be part of the
pulse forming circuit to the chopper transistor. My original RCA paper
manual shows C4151 to be present in the family 4 power supply as well as
all the other families of 169 chassis, 1, 2, and 3.
