Bruce, I believe that to be a Goldstar D07 deck in that VCR. For REW problems, I always replace the 333-208A lever you mentioned. Can't remember if that lever affected FF or not. If you want the (usually) blue cam gear, it is number 374-005A or Zenith number 928-00129. If you want the metal arm gear that engages the supply and take up guides, it is number 435-291A or Zenith 834-341. The metal gear near the mode switch that meshes with the carriage basket assembly is 435-318A. I don't have a cross for a Nikko NVR4500, but a Nikko NVR3500 is very similar or possibly the same as a Goldstar R-G10M.
