[TechAssist] Nikko nvr 4500 model. (Cross to Goldstar number?)

Does any one on the list have a cross or information on this model. I am
looking for the" gear", and "lever", location is at mode switch".This vcr
has a FF&RW problem. I used to have these numbers at one time. The lever #
333-208A is one in question, I think. I don't know the matching gear number.
