OR as was mentioned use samsung part numbers since fairchild bought out the
samsung semiconductor division.
There is:

whch lists as

FJAF1610D 0502-001265
(if You send buisness infromation and set up an account they will give a
slight dealer discount)
(they are listing retail at $10-12 ea)
Also Herman Electronics Carries samsung parts
the 1st 3 mentione are 7-10 days
the D is in stock at $8.778

I was wondering if anyone has a source for Fairchild parts.
I used to buy them from a company on the list, but they "will never Sell any
hard to find parts to ! ANYONE ! who is associated with this list, even if
its for a hundred times what its worth."
So, needless to say....
I am looking for FJAF6810 and FJAF6810D
