Friends,
Thanks to all you helped me identify this beast. It is an NPN Silicon
Planar Medium Power Darlington Transistor.
Those little puppies are hard to find, but I found them at Digi-Key.
Will have them tomorrow.
I would send this privately to each who sent help, but most of the
messages are on a different computer.
