That appears to be a Zetex transistor data here:

http://www.zetex.com/3.0/b1-17.asp

80v 1a darlinton
5000 gain
polarity is not mentioned but since voltages are positve would assume NPN

Subject: [TechAssist] Need help to identify a transistor
Date: Mon, 24 May 2004 11:28:00 -0500

I am working on a controller for my wife's recliner chair. It uses a row
of small transistors with the numbers ZTX603 on them. Looks like little
digital transistors.

I am sure several of them are bad, but I need a cross to something I can
use. Also, which pins are the E, B, & C.

It might even be found in the NTE book, but I'm not at the shop.

Thanks,

Ken Smith
