[TechAssist] Need csm file for RCA CTC187CL

Hi,
I have a RCA model # F35672MB (Chassis number CTC187cl) that is acting
wierd. I have everything from no sound, with a locked volume bar, to a blank
screen, to everything in between.
I've re-initialized the memory. I've also replaced the EEPROM, and the
micro. As a test, I'd like to do a restore using the data from a known good
source. But, I have nothing in my files for a ctc187cl.
Could someone send me a *.csm file for a ctc187CL? I realize this is a
strange request, but I'd like to try it.
