[TechAssist] CTC170 - Blue Screen

Hi All. I have this chassis in my shop. It had a broken ANT B jack. I
repaired the tuner and took the chassis back and it still has a blue screen
that
reads "NO SIGNAL" I brought the chassis back and connected it to another 35"
RCA
set and I have no filaments and the screen voltage is low +80 volts. I
replaced the tuner to see if I could at least get audio out of it thinking that
the
tube and yoke may not be the same seeing the test set has a CTC169 in it. Still
no HV, filament and low screen voltage.
Anyone know of this problem?
