[TechAssist] NEC 25" TV CT-2501C Chassis-X8A No Sound

Any one have anything on this set in their Database for "No Sound". I have
checked Winstips, only one entry, to resolder HB connector, but that's not
the problem here.
I have no Manual on this set..
