Over Current Condition Failure.  Apply Following Circuit Change To Correct.
On Foil Side Of Pcb-Signal,  Solder A 1s2471 Diode   Cathode To Base Of Q2h0
And Anode To Emitter.  Located On Pcb-Sign

change.All the fuses checks ok. I have no service manual. Any suggestion or
history for this tv ? Any help would be appreciated.
