[TechAssist] Mitsubishi TV Md.CS 3515R - Need info on D7X1

The front controls became erratic and the remote control also.
After awhile there was no control at all. I found oxidation around the
leads of the components on the control panel.
As i was cleaning this up, the leg on diode D7X1 broke loose. With that
loose I got
control of the panel back. The symbol on the board shows this to be a
zener diode.
The only Id on the diode was a 3 and a B. Help would be appreciated.
