[TechAssist] Mitsubishi Model CS-3515R\vertical problems

I have this set that came in with no vertical at all,just a line across
center .I replaced the LA7838 and the resistor that supplies the vcc to
the ic.I powered the tv on and not enough vertical defflection.I
replaced 3 caps in the vert.ckt and I now have a full screen but there
are 3 black lines about 6 inches from the top,like vertical
foldover.Also,the top portion of the images,for example the head of a
person is stredged.I replaced some more caps but still not right.I am
working without a service manual.Maybe somebody that has winstips will
have a tip or maybe a print of the vertical ckt so that I can trace the
problem.I am thinking eighter a diode is bad or a resistor increased in
value in the pump-up ckt but need the print.Thanks for your help.
