[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS3115R Vert. Problem

This set has a slow vert. roll. I have changed the sync I/C and the Vert. I/C.
Checked lytics in that leg as well as the power supplies. Have heated and
cooled. Have scoped signals to the sync I/C. Can see it in the base line of the
vert out wave form from the sync I/C, if on the .5v scale. Can't find it. Hope
someone else has the answer. I sure don't.
