[TechAssist] Mitsubishi C4A29 blown

PTV MOdel VS4517S customer said had a high pitch squeel, fired it up and
saw C4A29 bulge and smoke, replaced it and checked all around Q4A02, 03, 05
all ok, diodes in area ok, fired it up , and the cap blew again, this
time shorting Q4A02, and 03, replaced them both and Q4A05, C4A29, and
4A25 ( from tips ) now I'm a little gun shy about fireing it up agian,
anything else I need to check, would the fbt cause this ? can't ring it,
was wondering if the Q's were weak ? appreciate any help, I've no print
