Howdy...
I forgot to mention, the OS has nothing to do with this files, as it has
nothing to do with Windows 95, 98, ME, XP, etc., or at least directly with
regards to the source. The files that you refer to in question could be
OS-specific/dependent, but do not come with the OS itself.
