Ronald, first, change C432(100uf/200v), located in front of the high voltage
transformer. Resolder R504 & 524, located at + side of C432. This may solve
all your problems.

Looks like the horizontal went crazy out of sinc.Any help would be
appreciated. Did find a few connections that were loose from the circuit
board and looke as if they had gott pretty hot.
