[TechAssist] Magnavox TV 25TR12-c221 25x601-ooaa video problems

This set has a problem with the video. When on dtv system and changing the tv
channel from 3 to 2 then back to 3 it looks like the set stayed on 2. Looks
like the horizontal went crazy out of sinc.Any help would be appreciated. Did
find a few connections that were loose from the circuit board and looke as if
they had gott pretty hot.
