Had to chemically wash the board.Been in storage,but failed before.
No visable defects, 5V stby good,clicks on when power pushed.The scan
circuits sound "labored".Only about 5KV of anode.Checked the square
yellow .01 scan cap out of ckt,it's OK.
Almost no stby DC volts at HOT collector when off.
