[TechAssist] Magnavox PS1952C121 (19P602-00AA) dead. R432 burnt.

This 19" Philips/magnavox 19P602 chassis is dead,all fuses OK. Main
filter C405 (470mfd/200v) has B+. IC410 (STR30130) has 156 volts DC
inputting pin 3, nothing at the output pin 4. Noticed R432 is burnt. I
need the value of R432.I find no other transistors or diodes bad,tho I
am testing in-circuit. I will replace the STR30130 and resistor to
start. Any assistance appreciated.
