I'm downloading it now. I thought this Force program was just a kind of
"viewer" to see them, like Adobe Acrobat is to pdf files...
Will try installing it and see. I assume since this force progrem cannot 
possible hose all Philip's service literature in itself, it must somehow 
guide the user to a place on their site like a hyperlink does. That's 
the only thing that makes sense to me...
