OK all my regulated voltages are on the money 130 stays at 130 now. If I
turn the a/c down to about 90 volts my picture stays perfect no jitters. I
scoped Q530 Collector and it stays around .2 volts that's point two. If I
turn up the a/c to 120 then the collector of Q530 increases to 1.9 vdc and
the picture jumps and jitters and tears from the left side all the way
across the screen. I really don't know where to go next noone has seen this
problem in these sets before.
