Hi Jerry,
             Maybe my post came across cold and un professional...Let me go
into more detail... Yes we still take in the "L" cheapo's and charge $20/$25
up front estimate charges...We also sell, and if they decide not to repair
there unit we have a shot at a new sale..  If they buy from us we deduct
there estimate charge and include a year free service..  This policy has
worked for us for the last 30+ years at the same location, even now with
Best Buy only a block away, and Walmart less then a mile..
