[TechAssist] LXI Philips PTV 770 Lines in picture

Just changed the fluid in this LXI model 62654528790 Its a Philips
PTV770-AH01,The set was all red and blurry when I first started so I could=
not
see the quality of the picture,Has a great picture now except in two minutes=
after turning set on horizontal lines come over the screen they are=
separated
about a inch and a half apart then at times the lines will double and of=
course
the distance between the lines is half, they also move up and down the=
screen,
they look almost like the lines from your cross hatch generator, evenly=
spaced
apart and they are their with rf or av input. This set is in a bar hard to=
get
at, I changed the fluid from the front with out taking crt's out of set, so=
nothing else was disturbed in tv.This is going to be a tuff one.Any ideas=
out
