Does anyone have the schematic for a KDS VS-7i 17" computer monitor?
R311 is burnt. It reads 3.3 ohms and is loose in the board, so I bet it
will be the cause of my sun rise picture. TIA

Sounds like the horizontal scan frequency is modulating the crt
elements,
check for bad electrolytic filter cap in or feeding horizontal crt
circuits
and loose dag ground strap. I ran into this sun rise a number of times
on
the older sets.
