[TechAssist] JVC VCR HR-VP Series

Anyone have any fixes in their Database for Dead.No Display.
This VCR is HR-VP690U. Have found nothing shorted. Seem to have voltage on
Primary..although not quite sure if correct. No Manual.
Unit was not surged...and not lightning...just quit.
If anyone has something in their database, please pass along. Have replaced
the ICP.
