[TechAssist] JVC TV.. AV-36D503 chassis A108 Dead

The set does nothing, relay doesn't even click. Traced the turn on signal
through switch and all looks good up to IC201. I changed it with a new one
from JVC. I never get a turn on signal from it to the power on relay
transistor. All of the supplies seem ok. HOT is ok, flyback I haven't rung
out yet but will probably have to do that. I can jumper the turn on relay
and the set comes up, with raster etc. no video on screen though. This makes
me suspect that all the vertical and horizontal circuits are working ok
though. That only leaves the video circuit and the tuner in this set. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! I've been out of this business
for about 8 years so I am rusty getting back into it. My other business has
slowed way down with the economy, thus, doing consumer repairs once again.
