Are there any dashes at all being displayed on the screen? It could be in
child lock mode.
Press and hold the power button on the remote for about seven to ten seconds.

Customer was trying to set clock and I think its in
the timer mode as the set won't do anything. I have no
manual. Can someone tell me how to get this to normal
