[TechAssist] JVC HR-S5800U SVHS VCR, wavy picture.

When the VCR is first turned on the picture is wavy and wiggles on tuner
from cable and S-Video input from satellite. I replaced one bad cap in
the P/S with no difference. After about 2 minutes the picture returns
to normal. This VCR is almost identical to the JVC model HR-S6700U.
Any tips for this one? Thanks.
