Found part # LYH30437-002A  as CCD Base Assy for the model listed. This 
will be the CCD IC that will have to be soldered to the ckt bd. I think 
Tritronics and maybe Herman sell the CCD with ckt bd.  Not a big deal to 
solder.
The part number you list is also a CCD Base Assy but not sure of model.
