[TechAssist] JVC AV-32260 need part id and service manual

I am working on a JVC AV32260 (chassis A98 manu in 2001) that was
struck by lightning. I need to id D945 (zener diode accross power
relay coil) and Q951 (relay driver). If I short the relay the set comes
on, the picture comes in for 2 seconds and fades to snow. Picture is
good with external audio-video, OSD is OK, PIP works good with second
tuner. Does anyone have the manual they could email before I put one on
order, I think I will need one before I get this one finished. Thanks
