[TechAssist] JVC AV27050, Dead after storm

I replaced the following:
Q923/2SA1020
Q943/2SC2240
PC901/TLP621
IC101/7809
IC901/STRF6626
IC941/SE135N
Now, the relay clicks and the LED lights when power button is depressed.
Still no high voltage or sound.
Does anyone have a scan of the power supply section? I don't think I'm
getting the proper output from the regulator (IC901).
Any help appreciated.
