George, Thanks for the offer but I doubt I can handle that much...Thanks also to Bob for forwarding this on to Alvie at Hitachi...Maybe I will hear something from him..I can get on the Hitachi website and actually had the manual to look at but with this computer it is so hard to to deal with the very slow response time when changing pages and just scrolling down the page! So I thought I would post the problem and see if there might be something that was a common problem with this chassis.
