[TechAssist] Hitachi 50" PROJO, AP33 chassis, no color FIXED

This TV had no color in the main picture, but had color in the PIP. I
replaced IC0006 and ZD5514 and now it has color. I am pretty sure that
the IC was at fault, but I replaced the diode just in case (this was a
service call where I removed the main board and brought it back to my
shop). Thanks to all who replied to my postings from several weeks ago.
I hurt my back so I was a long time in getting back to the customer.
