Their website is www.haieramerica.com or www.haieramericasupport.com for
service manuals. I have downloaded manuals there in the past just by
"poking around" in the website even though it says "this operation is not
allowed". You can download SMs for appliances for free. I tried to locate
the nearest service center and it asked which model of TV I had. I tried
several different model and each time it said "that model is not
serviceable" and gave a phone number to call. So I guess that tells a lot
about the company. You could try emailing them from their website. Good
