Turned 40 this year, although my son and six nephews say I behave more
like an 18 year old. From here on in I'm going to celebrate every decade
until I'm Grady's age, then every year after that.
You're only as old as you behave.

Larry, I'm glad you ask.
This may have been addressed a while back, but I don't have any facts.
SO, ok guys and gals, fess up.
As a group, what's our average age??
I'll start, I'm 59(on Oct. third.)
Better yet, maybe we could have a ""vote"" on it on the TechAssist
website like we did about the archives.
What about it???

Hope I can hold out as long as you.
I remember those five tube radios, fixed many of them. I am also

Good luck,

Hello Fellow Techs. Today is the first day of
the rest my life. Today is a
national holiday (for me that is). Today is my
80th birthday and I am not
tired
yet. I gess I'll die with a soldering iron or
some test leads in my hands. I
build my first five tube superhet radio in 1946
and has been in
electronics in
some way every since. I don't get much work
now. I am located between two
super Wal/mart and one Big /Kmart and if I
charge my regular repair price
they run
to one of them and buy new. But I am still
blessed. I enjoy this list. You
are a great group of techs. Have a great day
and wish me well, Grady
