David, Check Q1, Q2 again. Then check the small signal diodes for a leaky one...you can measure them in circuit, when you find one, unsolder one leg to confirm. Also, ESR all the caps. That is a 43v also check ZD5 an 18v zener... The marking should be on these, if you look closely.
