The small board above it.
Two variations, one used a power STK and they have the same problems as the
CTC177 etc.
The other uses discreet components.
Again, two options.
Replace the module or repair the module.

If ANY of these parts are bad change all of these AT THE SAME TIME:

Of course, check for shorted or leaky secondary rectifiers and bad solder
connections on output pump-up caps.
