Are you using OEM parts ???
Don't know about this chassis,but some of the Philips sets that blow 
Q906(r934 also ???)
have bad flybacks.Not sure if this pertains to your chassis,but I usually 
replace the module when it IS bad.
Similar to chassis' with the 'blue tube that cracks' I believe........
