[TechAssist] Funai Model-FIGTRE1

I have a customer with a Funai TV/VCR model FIGTRE1, has no sound on TV mode,
has sound on VCR mode. Has anyone run into this problem before on this type of
set. I've never seen a Funai before.Thanks,
