Not sure what you are asking.
Are you saying....
You had trouble "downloading" them...or
You are having trouble accessing them?
There were 2 files that showed "errors" when I downloaded them.
All others were OK.
Now... Accessing those files, may be a different story. Since I don't do
many Phillips..I have not checked to see how many files actually work.
I notice I have many Manuals that do not have the "red" x next to them...but
I really haven't had much chance to play with the program.
