Thanks to Jerry Silverman..I replaced the 5v reg IC756.
Odd thing is, I had good 5vdc out. I have no idea how it was bad.
Before I replaced it, had ~5.01vdc, after I replaced it, output read 4.90vdc.

Unit came in with what sounded like a heart beat through speakers..no power up.
Not regulating, I have no print.
I have voltage that jumps from 17.5vdc to 18vdc and back on pin 4 of STRF6515
and
163vdc on C705, sounds high.
Supply voltage to my 9v reg is jumping around like crazy.
Checked my caps in these areas and resistors and all check OK.
Power button has no effect and nothing on HOT, but I do get a chirp when I plug
unit in.
Has anyone seen this?
