First, pressing power only lights the power standby light. Power LED is not lit. Power button is push switch, so no micro. Power Relay, no click, has 12 vdc on each side to ground, AC side has 120vac. Output transistors are not shorted and do not test open. Two small transistors, on same heat sink measure about 40 ohms from base to coll. I did not find any open resistors, shorted caps, or open/shorted diodes, of course, I may have missed one. Heat sinks all check OK, no open traces and I looked very closely. Does this unit have a shut down circuit and would anyone have a print to fax me? Thank you for listening to my story.
