Does all newer TVs has this coolant in the tube,even the smaller type.

Nope! Wish there a better way. You have a mold growing in the solution. The
mold
cannot be killed with just changing the fluid. You must clean and dry all
areas
that are in contact with the fluid.

If you look at a sample of the fluid under a powerful microscope there are
microscopic organisms, and other contamination's floating in that liquid. By
just sucking the fluid out of the chamber. You will never be able to remove
all
traces of the organisms or other contaminates from inside the chamber.

You must disassemble it, wash it with hot soapy water, rinse it and dry it.
Otherwise the mold will reappear in a month or so.
