Bill,
GREAT!  Next comes the possibility that the customer will hook it up wrong
and have similar symptoms, unless you did the install already.  The back of
the AG-RT600 the video connectors are usually fitted with an RCA adapter so
they can use the generic cable, which terminates in a mini phone plug
connector in the back of the monitor.  In a large number of cases I've seen
the customer will mix-up the audio with the video, or video in for the out.
The generic cable has four RCA ends.  Your red ones are video, and white are
audio.  The video-in and video-out plugs are clearly marked on the back of
the unit, along with the audios.  But the cables are not.  If you get a call
just drop me a personal note and I will elaborate a bit more. But in a large
percentage of case you can expect it if the customer does his own install
and forgets how the cables came off...
