[TechAssist] FIXED Mitsubishi Mod. VS4551 No Video

Mitsubishi Mod. VS4551A
Systems: TV has high voltage, has audio, but no video. If you turn up screen
controls there is line across the screen. (No vertical deflection) Vertical
deflection IC has been changed, still on vertical deflection.
Cure: Found bad solder connection at connector on red yoke. Reason for no
deflection is these connector run in seres to the other two CRT's.
