[TechAssist] FIX. Zenith SJ2065S5 9-1119 main horiz freq way off

Replaced the VCJ (jungle) chip LA7670 and cured problem.As I say, this
was not at all like the pie crusting issue the caps cure.I still would
like to know the corresponding "221-" Zenith equiv. part to the "LA".
