[TechAssist] Zenith SJ2065S5 9-1119 main horiz freq way off

This is not like the horiz. piecrusting we all see in these. Seems the
horiz freq is simply way off.
The module uses a LA7670 VCJ chip. Would this do it?
And: whats the 221-number for this LA7670?
