[TechAssist] Emerson Tv TC2033 (maybe also TC1933) resistor values please

I have a 19" Emerson Tv model TC2033 which is likely the same as TC1933.
Can't find any SAMS listing for it. I require the values of resistors
R803 and R806 in the regulator circuit. This set uses D1092 as the
regulator transistor.
