[TechAssist] Daewoo DTQ-25G1 cycling

Hi everyone. I have a Daewoo DTQ-25G1 in for service that continually
cycles on/off as soon as it's plugged in.I have changed the SMPS
controller IC with no difference. Has anyone seen this? It's acting a
lot like the older RCA's that acted this way in an overcurrent shutdown
condition. Also, I have check both horizontal system timing and loading
and no fault is evident there. Any ideas would be appreciated.
